The Digital Business Academy is a three-year "school-within-a-school" program designed for students in grades 10 - 12.  A team of teachers work together with approximately 60 students per grade level to provide a well-rounded academic and technical course of study. 

Our Mission  is to create a challenging, diverse, rewarding educational experience that prepares students for success in life, education and the 21st century workplace.

Our vision includes that:

  • All students understand the connectedness of academic, technological and social skills

  • All students demonstrate competence in basic workplace skills and ethics.

  • All students experience career exploration that includes interests, planning and goal setting

  • All students are literate in both Macintosh and PC platforms

  • All students are prepared to navigate an increasingly technological world

CURRICULUM

Academy classes meet both Milpitas High School graduation and college/university entrance requirements.

In addition to the required content, all Academy courses incorporate skills required for success in the business world such as marketing, finance and communication.

Curriculum of different Academy courses is also integrated on a regular basis to reinforce concepts and strengthen student understanding.
